If you can't reset your password via the website you purchased from or signed up to, please contact our support team directly via email at cs@andomark.com and provide the following information:

1. The URL of the website you signed up to or purchased from
2. Your Username (if you know it)
3. The email address you used to sign up
4. A purchase ID or transaction ID (if you have one)

You can cancel your subscription from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.

2. Your Username (if you know it)
3. The email address you used to sign up
4. A purchase ID or transaction ID (if you have one)
5. The name and description of the item not received
6. Your preferred resolution: Delivery of the item, or a refund of your purchase

If you believe your card or payment information was used without your knowledge, please submit a fraud claim by clicking here.

Please be aware that most of the websites we service track access for security purposes. If a purchase is confirmed to have been made by a member of your household, or if a website's access logs show access coming from your location, the decision to refund a purchase will be at the sole discretion of the website owner/operator.

Our staff will issue a full refund immediately for any case of any legitimate fraud or verifiable unauthorized use of your payment method.

Since the websites we provide technical support for utilize a variety of payment processing solutions including merchant services and 3rd party billing services, unfortunately the only way to change payment information is to cancel any existing auto-pay or recurring payments and create a new account using the updates information.

Payments may be declined due to insufficient funds, expired cards, or bank restrictions. Please contact your bank or try another payment method.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Most websites do not offer currency or cash-based refunds but may issue credit at the site operator's discretion. Please contact us for assistance.

Yes, all payment information is encrypted via https using SSL or TLS certificates and is securely transmitted using payment forms provided by each payment processor so no data is exchanged with or available to third parties.
